Green Dog Enterprises, Inc., is a consulting firm dedicated to “demystifying” green building practices and helping businesses succeed in the green building market. Since the company was founded in early 2006, we've helped dozens of homebuilders, professional service firms, and product suppliers meet the challenge of the market shift towards green construction.

Our services include:

	Demonstration Projects Green demonstration projects allow thousands of people to see, learn, and understand what makes a building green, while providing highly effective marketing opportunities for builders and suppliers. Green Dog specializes in turn-key sponsorship, marketing, and education programs for demonstration projects, handling everything from sponsor solicitation (we've raised over $800,000 in cash and in-kind sponsorship to date) to public tours. Our most recent project, Going Green at the Beach (link), has been featured in several national publications and been filmed for a national TV show, in addition to attracting over 13,000 unique website visitors.
	Third-Party Project Verification As certified third-party verifiers for the Northwest ENERGY STAR® Homes program and the Built Green® program of King and Snohomish Counties (WA), Green Dog helps homebuilders choose the type and level of certification that make sense for their projects, determine how to meet certification requirements as cost-effectively as possible, and assemble the necessary documentation. In addition to preparing, submitting, and tracking your applications, we follow through to make sure you receive all applicable incentives and rebates, which are often more than cover the cost of certification!
