Green Dog founder Pam Worner has more than 15 years' experience helping construction firms succeed, most recently as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Master Builders Association of King & Snohomish Counties (WA), the nation's largest local homebuilder association. Pam has been a presenter at Seattle's Built Green Conference and the National Association of Homebuilders' Green Building Conference, and been featured in such publications as Seattle Business Monthly and the Puget Sound Business Journal. She currently serves on the Executive Committee for Built Green® of Pierce County (WA) and the Steering Committee for the Sustainable Development Task Force of Snohomish County (WA), and chairs the Green Council for Associated Builders and Contractors of Western Washington.

Katie Boyd joined Green Dog in June of 2007 and earned her stripes handling sponsors, tours, and events for the Going Green at the Beach (link) project. A California native, she balances her time between growing Green Dog and raising her three-year-old son, Gavin.

Lynly Callaway, Verification Services

Lynly Callaway began coordinating third-party verification for Green Dog in January 0f 2008. A REALTOR® and certified EcoBroker®, she divides her time between Green Dog and her work as an agent with Market Street Realty in Kirkland.

Calvin, a two-year-old Boston terrier Pam adopted from a local rescue group, loves meeting clients and inspecting jobsites! Together with Jack, a senior Lab mix adopted from Old Dog Haven, Calvin also frequently serves as a foster brother for dogs awaiting new homes through Rhodesian Ridgeback Rescue.
